For Commercial (including insurance, engineering and construction) and Government (including Police, Defence, and Fire Fighting organisations) clients needing access to areas beyond the reach of land cranes, our helicopter aerial lift capability can fill the gap that ground-bases resources simply cannot. 

One of the major aerial lift functions of the Erickson Air-Crane internationally is in high performance, low impact, timber harvesting operations including those currently underway in the United States of America, Canada and Malaysia. Helicopter timber harvesting eliminates the need for roads to be built within harvest areas.

Erickson Air-Cranes have also provided lift services for the movement of multiple drill rigs and platforms throughout the world, including extensive work at frontier locations in Ecuador, Peru, and Indonesia.
